  1. Warrants shall be filed with the Superior Court Magistrate ((Within the Warrant Application Section)) and then on Duty Judge may be paged for a Warrant review ((View the Warrants Discord on the Judicial Discord)).

  2. Ex-Parte Communication is prohibited outside of the communications outlined explicitly by law.

  • For a Warrant to be lawfully approved, a Warrant Approval must be attached to the application before a warrant may be executed. A party on the receiving end of a warrant Execution shall be entitled to receive a copy of the Warrant Approval at the time of the warrant execution.
  • All warrants must be executed within 48 Hours unless explicitly stated otherwise by the assigned Justice.
  • At the conclusion of a warrant, a Warrant Execution Receipt must be completed and attached with the aforementioned documents.
  • If a Warrant is not approved, it shall be placed into the Not Approved category for records keeping.
