San Andreas State Assembly - OFFICIAL Emergency Legislation (Template) 

This form is used to usher in Emergency Legislation that demands the attention of the Govenor. Emergency Legislation can be submitted & signed directly by the Govenor, however such legislation may also be enacted by a super majority of 10 out of 12 votes. The Govenor may Veto a super majority, but such action requires an in person debate of the bill based on its Merit. Should the Govenor not support the super majority, the bill must fail.

Emergency Legislation is utilized during state of Emergency occurrences, such as closing the ports or directing Emergency aid in the face of natural disasters.

San Andreas State Assembly - OFFICIAL Override Veto (Template) 

This form is used to propose an override of a Govenor's Veto. It requires a 10 out of 12 vote from the Senators within the state. The vote must be recorded ((Confirmed within the bills thread by way of affirmation -- I.E. "Aye" or "Nay" to confirm a vote. Editing is turned OFF for all bills, so be sure to vote with intent!))
